Terms & Conditions

Aura VTC is a non-commercial, volunteer-run virtual trucking company founded on 21 October 2024, operating on the TruckersMP platform for Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator. We are a hobby community rather than a registered company, and we sell no products or services.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SCS Software, TruckersMP, Valve Corporation, or Discord Inc. All game content, trademarks, and logos belong to their respective owners.

By accessing this website you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you become a member of Aura VTC, you additionally agree to the VTC rules and requirements published on our About page.

To join Aura VTC you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Hold a TruckersMP account in good standing and comply with the TruckersMP rules at all times.
• Have at least 15 combined hours in Euro Truck Simulator 2 or American Truck Simulator.
• Have no more than 2 active TruckersMP bans, with the most recent issued at least 60 days before you apply.
• Be able to communicate in basic English by text and/or voice.
• Be a member of our Discord server.

Members are expected to represent Aura respectfully, both in game and in our community spaces. In summary, members must keep the Aura VTC tag applied at all times, meet the monthly activity requirement, use the official Aura paintjob at events the VTC officially attends, not belong to another VTC on any account, and inform the HR team within 48 hours of receiving a TruckersMP ban.

Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, deliberate ramming or trolling, cheating, and sharing another member's personal information are all prohibited and may lead to immediate removal.

Membership of Aura VTC is a privilege rather than a right. The management team may warn, suspend, or remove any member who breaks these terms, the VTC rules, or the TruckersMP rules, or who otherwise damages the reputation or atmosphere of the community. Decisions rest with the management team, and where practical we will explain the reason.

You may leave Aura VTC at any time by informing the management team.

When using this website you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the site, including through automated scraping that places unreasonable load on our servers or on the TruckersMP API.
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute substantial parts of the site for commercial purposes without permission.
• Use the site to distribute malware or unlawful content, or to impersonate Aura VTC or its staff.

The Aura VTC name, logo, paintjobs, and the design and content of this website belong to Aura VTC unless stated otherwise. You may not use them to present yourself as an official part of Aura, or in any commercial context, without written permission from the management team.

Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator are the property of SCS Software, and TruckersMP is the property of its respective owners. Game assets and screenshots remain the property of their rights holders and appear here for community, non-commercial purposes only.

This website links to third-party platforms including TruckersMP, Discord, and YouTube. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Participation in Aura convoys and events is voluntary. During an event you remain fully responsible for your own conduct and for following the TruckersMP rules and any rules set by the event host. We cannot guarantee that an event will take place as scheduled: servers, hosts, and game updates are outside our control, so events may be delayed, changed, or cancelled.

Event information shown on this site is provided for convenience. Always check the official event page on TruckersMP for authoritative details.

Member and event data on this site is retrieved from the public TruckersMP API and is provided as is. It may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable if the TruckersMP API is down. We make reasonable efforts to keep the site online but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or remove any part of the site at any time.

This website and the Aura VTC community are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aura VTC, its management team, and its members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, your participation in our events, or your membership of the community. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms and Conditions as the community and the website evolve. The date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will be announced in our Discord server. Continuing to use the site or to remain a member after a change means you accept the updated terms.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These terms, together with the VTC rules on our About page and our Privacy Policy, form the complete agreement between you and Aura VTC regarding use of this website and membership of the community.
